Maslow’s “Mass Below” Pyramid.

According to Abraham Maslow paper; a theory of motivation, which was done in 1943, explains and helps understand how human needs are strategically placed one above another, from the basic which is at the bottom, to the pinnacle where not everyone may have interest in.

As the pyramid shape of Maslow`s work shows with the help of scientists expounding on it, the hierarchy levels overlap each other, this means that one have an overlap over the other. Though they influence each other, one can prove to be stronger than the other.

Maslow`s discovered that from the basic needs, they have to be fullfilled in order for one to move upper the hierarchy, everyone requires the basic needs for servival, but this does not end there. Everyone has what drives them to achieve their realization at the top of the pyramid, this is where all the similarities end.

The more you climb up the pyramid, the more you will notice much less number of people pursing the top most needs, this is because majority stay at the bottom and satisfied with that. Attaining self realization is not a one night stand kind of thing, one must be dedicated and be able to work on that much more as the basic needs.

I keep asking myself, if one element above the pyramid overlaps while the other below needs are not satisfied what will happen? I tend to learn that the overlap will not last long, therefore water will seek its level, all this elements are psychological and at the same time physilogical whether conscious or unconscious, they affect who we are in person.

To experience and satisfy the needs is an important thing, for example, without safety there is no love and without safety to the individual there is more harm. Don`t ignore one aspect of need and consider your Pyramid Miraculous.

The step by step Psychological process takes place differently in each and every person, in the pyramid one family can have members who have different levels of needs and requires to satisfy each of them differently at the same time.

Self actualizing yourself is at the pinnacle of the pyramid. In this level you can perform and realize your ability as a person to the maximum. Life usually requires adjustment in order to survive, therefore the needs will keep on changing with time and situation, the best thing is to balance the situation to your advantage, i.e by having the self awareness and the target of self actualization instead of deciding to stay stack below with the mass

As you strive to satisfy the need which is above, the same time you satisfy the below, you will tend to gravitate to the pinnacle which is SELF ACTUALIZATION.

    1. Hello Rikki, we appreciate that you find this website awesome. But, as you try to search for a perfect theme for your blog, remember that it does take more than just the right theme for any blog to stand out. For example, the themes on our website are stock themes available to anyone on wordpress premium. The reason why our website comes to life is because of the tremendous amount of time spent on research and the themes become only icing on the cake.
